April 26, 2000 Madam President: Mr. Speaker: The CONFERENCE COMMITTEE with limited powers of free conference considered CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 67(JUD) am An Act relating to release of certain persons alleged to have committed certain sexual offenses and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 67(JUD) and recommends CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 67 be adopted. Previous indeterminate fiscal note, from Department of Corrections, applies to the conference committee substitute. Signing the report: Senator Taylor, Chair, Senator Ellis.
